Call to order – Inside Guard see to the door - All knights present are at least members in the 1st degree
Prayer- Was delivered by Grand Knight Greg Shinaut
Role call – Conducted by Lewis Kavan.
Officers:  Fr. Craig Doty, Greg Shinaut, William Jeffery, Jody Kraenzel, Tim Aschoff, Lew Kavan, Gary Gandara, Dennis Carmichael, Luis Villamonte, Bill Chapman
Non-Officer members: John Hetcko, Patrick Miron, Robert Kluge, Gene Nickman, Doug Rienks, Don Urbanovsky
Chaplain- Father Doty, Informed us that Bishop Connely is back in Lincoln and to keep him in our prayers. Noted the beatification of Father Mcgivney.
Recorder report – previous meeting minutes
Grand Knight report- Overview of events that the Knights are/have attended.

  • School Sister of Christ the King requested money for mother house.
  • Midyear state meeting cancelled due to Covid.

 
Financial Secretary’s report – Jody K. Ordered material for poster contest.
 
Treasurer’s report- Tim A. Nothing new to report, normal expenditures. Plan for scholarships and student trips if allowed.
Director Reports – William Jeffery

  • Faith Director– Don U.  Set up Advent activities. March 17 2021 is 25 anniversary of our counsel, set up activities for it.
    • Scholarships, received 5 requests do far this year
    • Building and Maintenance – Kevin C.  Gave update on doors to the narthex. So far have received $1000 for this project.

 

  • Vocations Director – Gary G. nothing to update
    • 4th degree report, gave update on current 4th degree exemplifications
  • Community/Youth Director – Todd H. 
  • Life Director – Wayne R.
  • Family Director – Andy V.  Gave report on the Consecration to the Holy Family event.

 
Food Net – John H. / Tim S. Bob Kluge gave update on the foodnet project.
 
Membership – Greg S. 

  • New member – Working on an event in January 2021

  • Quota – New member
  • Insurance – need 1
    • Insurance presentation to council = quota

                       
Retention – William J.  Reaching out to people in the parish
 
Public Relations – Doug R.  Trying to get something going for Advent.
 
Unfinished Business-

  • Women’s Care Center – discussed a donation and making it an annual donation.

Motion and passed to donate $5000 to the care center.

  • Church front doors discussion.

 
New Business-

  • Christmas Holiday meeting.  Greg S. cancelled the event for this year due to negative responses.
