Parish Devotional Life
Eucharistic Adoration:
First Friday of each month from 8:00 p.m. Thursday through 7:00 p.m. Friday.
First Friday Devotions:
After First Friday Mass. Breakfast served in St. Mary’s Hall after Friday 8:00 a.m. Mass
First Saturday Devotions:
After First Saturday Mass, including the Rosary.
Marian Devotions:
Litany of Mary is prayed after the First Saturday Mass.
Living Rosary:
Held outdoors at the Marian Shrine in May.
Stations of the Cross:
Fridays of Lent at 7:00 p.m. Soup supper in St. Mary’s Hall usually precedes Stations at 6:00 p.m.
Corpus Christi Procession:
Held outdoors on the feast of Corpus Christi.
Memorial Day Mass:
Held outdoors at St. Mary’s Cemetery, weather permitting, on Memorial Day.
Light of the World Retreats and Small Communities:
Held annually at designated location. Open to parish adult individuals and couples. Participants are invited to join a small spiritual community which meets regularly.
Retreats at Good Counsel Retreat House:
Held on weekends throughout the year. Schedule is posted in the narthex of the church and in the Southern Nebraska Register. The parshi will pay half the cost. These silent retreats are open to parish individual adults.
Liturgical Ministries:
Volunteers needed to become involved as musicians, readers, acolytes, ushers, greeters, gift bearers and altar servers. Contact the pastor for further information.
